Life Is Not One Size

Some people always expect proof before they believe anything or anyone. But as the saying goes, the proof of the pudding is in the eating!

So is it the appeal, appearance or presentation, the digestion, or the satisfaction of the dessert? Or anything else in life's many scenarios!

So what does proof look like? It means different things to different people. Because we all think we are understood but in fact are very often more misunderstood. People only understand on their own level of understanding. Some just accept. Others want more.

We are all entitled to maintain our personal choices or beliefs. Each moment is a first time. Each moment is a last time.

If you've ever seen a raw gem you would agree it's hard to see it's real beauty. There is a lot of work that makes it brilliant and beautiful. Do we still ask for proof of its value or are we happy to appreciate that the proof is right there in our hands! Just as no two gemstones will ever be the same it is up to each of us to shine uniquely.

So whether others want proof of your faith, commitment, dedication or abilities, value yourself, be true to you! Not them!

Life chips away and polishes us all. Each new day removes and refines different layers to reveal the hidden depths that are never obviously visible. Don't seal your potential on someone else's perception of you. Life is not one size fits all!

Asking for proof is often preceded by pride. Those who think they know better are those who pull on others passions and pursuits of happiness.

What about me? How many times do we say or think that? From our youngest to our oldest it is the most asked question? No one should be overlooked.

So if you look in the dictionary for the meaning of proof expect to find a new definition. Page not found! It is still being written!

So never tell someone they aren't there yet! No one is!
